“Woofstock” dog festival in Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Tuesday, June 12, 2007

North America’s largest outdoor dog festival came back to Toronto last weekend for its fifth year. It ran from the 9th of June to the 10th of June at Toronto’s historical St. Lawrence Market. A Wikinews reporter was there on Sunday to report on some of the events that happened on the last day.

The “Woofstock” dog festival attracted as many as 140,000 people with their dogs. The festival had tons of accessories, sold under tents, to buy for dogs; food, toys, designer clothes, and more. About 400 vendors and exhibitors were there to promote their products, which also gave private dog companies or groups a chance to show their new products. The local SPCA and some animal rescues were under tents answering questions from visitors. While walking, all visitors could see the CN Tower and other very tall buildings.

One of the local TV stations, Citytv, was there. They hosted a live event at the show which was broadcast on TV. People came up on the stage and asked questions regarding their dogs and the host and co-host answered them.

A man, who called himself the “Chalk Master”, drew two pictures on pavement with chalk. He did it for free but donations were welcome. One was a picture of a girl’s head beside a dog’s head, and another with a wolf.

“Hello Humans. I’ve been invited here to provide your eyeball(s), with some pretty colours. I don’t get paid as I work this weekend strictly for tips… so, if you like what you see please make a DONATION. If you don’t like it simply reach into the pocket of the person next to you and give me their money. CHALK MASTER.”

A contest called “Canada’s top dog” had its own tent with a professional photographer taking pictures of dogs behind a white screen; the winning photo is to be published on the cover of “Puppy and dog basics” magazine.

Large “Gourmet” dog bones were also served from a cart and table.

Next year’s festival is expected to be bigger and better with even more attractions.

Canadian government tax processing computers back online

Thursday, March 15, 2007

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) announced today that computer systems involved with the processing of tax returns for individuals are back online.

Tax processing had been halted on March 6, 2007, due to a computer glitch. The source of the problem had been traced back to software maintenance performed on March 4.

In an update on the CRA website, dated March 14, Michel Dorais, Commissioner of the Agency, stated that all of the databases had been restored and CRA employees are processing the backlog of returns and payments.

Tax processing for businesses had not been affected by the computer shutdown.

In his statement, Dorais thanked taxpayers “for their patience and understanding” during the service outage. He also stated that “the integrity and safety of personal data was never at risk”.

The CRA suggests that it would work quickly to process the resulting backlog of tax returns.

Four dead, at least 15 injured after gunman opens fire at fitness center in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania

Wednesday, August 5, 2009

Four people have been shot and killed and at least 15 wounded when a gunman opened fire inside a LA Fitness center in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania. The gunman was among the dead.

Reports say the man walked into a dance room where an all-female Latin dance class was in session, turned off the lights and began to shoot people. CNN reports that the gunman was a “middle-aged white male.” One witness said he was carrying a duffel bag, which he put down before shooting into the crowd. After opening fire, he turned the gun on himself. At least 30 people are reported to have been in the room at the time of the shooting.

Allegheny County police Superintendent Charles Moffatt said, “I’ve never seen nothing quite like this. It was very chaotic. […] There’s a good belief that the shooter is deceased.”

Collier Township Police Chief Tom Devin stated that the police, “believe the shooter committed suicide at the scene but we’re not positive.” Police report that the shooter’s motive may have been a domestic dispute with one of the exercisers.

Mike Hentosz, a witness who was inside the gym, said, “I feel like it’s a dream. I don’t know what to think of it.” A woman participating in the class, Nicole, said that 10 minutes into the class, “a middle-aged white male walked into the class. He had a big gym bag. […] He looked out of place in a class full of women.” When he began firing, she reported, she ran out of the gym and escaped in passerby’s car.

Things You Need To Have To Become A Real Estate Agent Atlanta Ga?}

Submitted by: Shovon Joarder

If you want to become a real estate agent Atlanta GA, then you must have to fulfill the minimum requirements. Now the question is, what are the minimum requirements I need to fulfill in order to establish myself as a popular real estate agent Atlanta GA? Well, this article has mainly been written for those who really dont have any kind of knowledge or idea about the minimum education requirements that a real estate agent should have. But I cannot promise that the following requirements can make you popular because if you want to become popular or if you want to make yourself a popular real estate agent Atlanta Ga, then you have to think outside of the box. Only fulfill the educational requirements can never make you popular for sure. However, keep reading this article to know the minimum education requirements and other requirements that you need to have to become a real estate agent Atlanta GA. Hope this article may benefit you in many different ways.

Well, in order to be a real estate agent Atlanta GA, you must need to be a US citizen at first. This is considered as the first and foremost criteria. If you are an Australian or UK citizen, then it will never be possible for you to apply for the post of real estate agent in Atlanta Ga. So before going to apply, you have to make sure one thing that you are the US citizen. Citizenship from other different countries of the world will never be entertained, never.

Second, you must have 18 years old, must. This is also equally important like the previous part. You are an US citizen but you are below 18; then dont dare to apply for the post of real estate agent Atlanta Ga. A majority of people know that US citizenship is a must to become a real estate agent but some people are quite confused about the age. A few people think that above 15 years is fine where a few people think that above 20 is okay somehow. So the correct number is 18. You must be a person of 18 years old to become a real estate agent of Atlanta Ga.

Third, you have to sit for a test and in order to sit for that particular test, you must have to fulfill some requirements. The requirements may vary from one state to another. Means, different states have different types of requirements. So before going to sit for the test make sure one thing that you have fulfilled all the requirements. Otherwise, dont waste your precious and valuable time.

If you had major in real statement at your school, college or university, then obviously its a plus point. Again, if you do possess excellent knowledge in marketing, economics and commerce related subjects, then its also a plus point. The thing is like that. You also need to have per-licensed education. So, these are some of the very basic things that you have to fulfill. Thats it! Thanks for reading.

Plane crashes into office block in Austin, Texas/suicide note

This is the online suicide letter authored by Andrew Stack, the man believed to be responsible for flying a light aircraft into a building in Austin, Texas. It was originally posted at Stack’s site, http://embeddedart.com/. The hosting company, T35, took the site offline per an FBI request. The note is reproduced here in its entirety.

If you’re reading this, you’re no doubt asking yourself, “Why did this have to happen?” The simple truth is that it is complicated and has been coming for a long time. The writing process, started many months ago, was intended to be therapy in the face of the looming realization that there isn’t enough therapy in the world that can fix what is really broken. Needless to say, this rant could fill volumes with example after example if I would let it. I find the process of writing it frustrating, tedious, and probably pointless… especially given my gross inability to gracefully articulate my thoughts in light of the storm raging in my head. Exactly what is therapeutic about that I’m not sure, but desperate times call for desperate measures.

We are all taught as children that without laws there would be no society, only anarchy. Sadly, starting at early ages we in this country have been brainwashed to believe that, in return for our dedication and service, our government stands for justice for all. We are further brainwashed to believe that there is freedom in this place, and that we should be ready to lay our lives down for the noble principals represented by its founding fathers. Remember? One of these was “no taxation without representation”. I have spent the total years of my adulthood unlearning that crap from only a few years of my childhood. These days anyone who really stands up for that principal is promptly labeled a “crackpot”, traitor and worse.

While very few working people would say they haven’t had their fair share of taxes (as can I), in my lifetime I can say with a great degree of certainty that there has never been a politician cast a vote on any matter with the likes of me or my interests in mind. Nor, for that matter, are they the least bit interested in me or anything I have to say.

Why is it that a handful of thugs and plunderers can commit unthinkable atrocities (and in the case of the GM executives, for scores of years) and when it’s time for their gravy train to crash under the weight of their gluttony and overwhelming stupidity, the force of the full federal government has no difficulty coming to their aid within days if not hours? Yet at the same time, the joke we call the American medical system, including the drug and insurance companies, are murdering tens of thousands of people a year and stealing from the corpses and victims they cripple, and this country’s leaders don’t see this as important as bailing out a few of their vile, rich cronies. Yet, the political “representatives” (thieves, liars, and self-serving scumbags is far more accurate) have endless time to sit around for year after year and debate the state of the “terrible health care problem”. It’s clear they see no crisis as long as the dead people don’t get in the way of their corporate profits rolling in.

And justice? You’ve got to be kidding!

How can any rational individual explain that white elephant conundrum in the middle of our tax system and, indeed, our entire legal system? Here we have a system that is, by far, too complicated for the brightest of the master scholars to understand. Yet, it mercilessly “holds accountable” its victims, claiming that they’re responsible for fully complying with laws not even the experts understand. The law “requires” a signature on the bottom of a tax filing; yet no one can say truthfully that they understand what they are signing; if that’s not “duress” than [sic] what is. If this is not the measure of a totalitarian regime, nothing is.

How did I get here?

My introduction to the real American nightmare starts back in the early ‘80s. Unfortunately after more than 16 years of school, somewhere along the line I picked up the absurd, pompous notion that I could read and understand plain English. Some friends introduced me to a group of people who were having ‘tax code’ readings and discussions. In particular, zeroed in on a section relating to the wonderful “exemptions” that make institutions like the vulgar, corrupt Catholic Church so incredibly wealthy. We carefully studied the law (with the help of some of the “best”, high-paid, experienced tax lawyers in the business), and then began to do exactly what the “big boys” were doing (except that we weren’t steeling [sic] from our congregation or lying to the government about our massive profits in the name of God). We took a great deal of care to make it all visible, following all of the rules, exactly the way the law said it was to be done.

The intent of this exercise and our efforts was to bring about a much-needed re-evaluation of the laws that allow the monsters of organized religion to make such a mockery of people who earn an honest living. However, this is where I learned that there are two “interpretations” for every law; one for the very rich, and one for the rest of us… Oh, and the monsters are the very ones making and enforcing the laws; the inquisition is still alive and well today in this country.

That little lesson in patriotism cost me $40,000+, 10 years of my life, and set my retirement plans back to 0. It made me realize for the first time that I live in a country with an ideology that is based on a total and complete lie. It also made me realize, not only how naive I had been, but also the incredible stupidity of the American public; that they buy, hook, line, and sinker, the crap about their “freedom”… and that they continue to do so with eyes closed in the face of overwhelming evidence and all that keeps happening in front of them.

Before even having to make a shaky recovery from the sting of the first lesson on what justice really means in this country (around 1984 after making my way through engineering school and still another five years of “paying my dues”), I felt I finally had to take a chance of launching my dream of becoming an independent engineer.

On the subjects of engineers and dreams of independence, I should digress somewhat to say that I’m sure that I inherited the fascination for creative problem solving from my father. I realized this at a very young age.

The significance of independence, however, came much later during my early years of college; at the age of 18 or 19 when I was living on my own as student in an apartment in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. My neighbor was an elderly retired woman (80+ seemed ancient to me at that age) who was the widowed wife of a retired steel worker. Her husband had worked all his life in the steel mills of central Pennsylvania with promises from big business and the union that, for his 30 years of service, he would have a pension and medical care to look forward to in his retirement. Instead he was one of the thousands who got nothing because the incompetent mill management and corrupt union (not to mention the government) raided their pension funds and stole their retirement. All she had was social security to live on.

In retrospect, the situation was laughable because here I was living on peanut butter and bread (or Ritz crackers when I could afford to splurge) for months at a time. When I got to know this poor figure and heard her story I felt worse for her plight than for my own (I, after all, I thought I had everything to in front of me). I was genuinely appalled at one point, as we exchanged stories and commiserated with each other over our situations, when she in her grandmotherly fashion tried to convince me that I would be “healthier” eating cat food (like her) rather than trying to get all my substance from peanut butter and bread. I couldn’t quite go there, but the impression was made. I decided that I didn’t trust big business to take care of me, and that I would take responsibility for my own future and myself.

Return to the early ‘80s, and here I was off to a terrifying start as a ‘wet-behind-the-ears’ contract software engineer… and two years later, thanks to the fine backroom, midnight effort by the sleazy executives of Arthur Andersen (the very same folks who later brought us Enron and other such calamities) and an equally sleazy New York Senator (Patrick Moynihan), we saw the passage of 1986 tax reform act with its section 1706.

For you who are unfamiliar, here is the core text of the IRS Section 1706, defining the treatment of workers (such as contract engineers) for tax purposes. Visit this link for a conference committee report (http://www.synergistech.com/1706.shtml#ConferenceCommitteeReport) regarding the intended interpretation of Section 1706 and the relevant parts of Section 530, as amended. For information on how these laws affect technical services workers and their clients, read our discussion here (http://www.synergistech.com/ic-taxlaw.shtml).

SEC. 1706. TREATMENT OF CERTAIN TECHNICAL PERSONNEL.

(a) IN GENERAL – Section 530 of the Revenue Act of 1978 is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new subsection:

(d) EXCEPTION. – This section shall not apply in the case of an individual who pursuant to an arrangement between the taxpayer and another person, provides services for such other person as an engineer, designer, drafter, computer programmer, systems analyst, or other similarly skilled worker engaged in a similar line of work.

(b) EFFECTIVE DATE. – The amendment made by this section shall apply to remuneration paid and services rendered after December 31, 1986.

Note:

· “another person” is the client in the traditional job-shop relationship.

· “taxpayer” is the recruiter, broker, agency, or job shop.

· “individual”, “employee”, or “worker” is you.

Admittedly, you need to read the treatment to understand what it is saying but it’s not very complicated. The bottom line is that they may as well have put my name right in the text of section (d). Moreover, they could only have been more blunt if they would have came out and directly declared me a criminal and non-citizen slave. Twenty years later, I still can’t believe my eyes.

During 1987, I spent close to $5000 of my ‘pocket change’, and at least 1000 hours of my time writing, printing, and mailing to any senator, congressman, governor, or slug that might listen; none did, and they universally treated me as if I was wasting their time. I spent countless hours on the L.A. freeways driving to meetings and any and all of the disorganized professional groups who were attempting to mount a campaign against this atrocity. This, only to discover that our efforts were being easily derailed by a few moles from the brokers who were just beginning to enjoy the windfall from the new declaration of their “freedom”. Oh, and don’t forget, for all of the time I was spending on this, I was loosing income that I couldn’t bill clients.

After months of struggling it had clearly gotten to be a futile exercise. The best we could get for all of our trouble is a pronouncement from an IRS mouthpiece that they weren’t going to enforce that provision (read harass engineers and scientists). This immediately proved to be a lie, and the mere existence of the regulation began to have its impact on my bottom line; this, of course, was the intended effect.

Again, rewind my retirement plans back to 0 and shift them into idle. If I had any sense, I clearly should have left abandoned engineering and never looked back.

Instead I got busy working 100-hour workweeks. Then came the L.A. depression of the early 1990s. Our leaders decided that they didn’t need the all of those extra Air Force bases they had in Southern California, so they were closed; just like that. The result was economic devastation in the region that rivaled the widely publicized Texas S&L fiasco. However, because the government caused it, no one gave a shit about all of the young families who lost their homes or street after street of boarded up houses abandoned to the wealthy loan companies who received government funds to “shore up” their windfall. Again, I lost my retirement.

Years later, after weathering a divorce and the constant struggle trying to build some momentum with my business, I find myself once again beginning to finally pick up some speed. Then came the .COM bust and the 911 nightmare. Our leaders decided that all aircraft were grounded for what seemed like an eternity; and long after that, ‘special’ facilities like San Francisco were on security alert for months. This made access to my customers prohibitively expensive. Ironically, after what they had done the Government came to the aid of the airlines with billions of our tax dollars … as usual they left me to rot and die while they bailed out their rich, incompetent cronies WITH MY MONEY! After these events, there went my business but not quite yet all of my retirement and savings.

By this time, I’m thinking that it might be good for a change. Bye to California, I’ll try Austin for a while. So I moved, only to find out that this is a place with a highly inflated sense of self-importance and where damn little real engineering work is done. I’ve never experienced such a hard time finding work. The rates are 1/3 of what I was earning before the crash, because pay rates here are fixed by the three or four large companies in the area who are in collusion to drive down prices and wages… and this happens because the justice department is all on the take and doesn’t give a fuck about serving anyone or anything but themselves and their rich buddies.

To survive, I was forced to cannibalize my savings and retirement, the last of which was a small IRA. This came in a year with mammoth expenses and not a single dollar of income. I filed no return that year thinking that because I didn’t have any income there was no need. The sleazy government decided that they disagreed. But they didn’t notify me in time for me to launch a legal objection so when I attempted to get a protest filed with the court I was told I was no longer entitled to due process because the time to file ran out. Bend over for another $10,000 helping of justice.

So now we come to the present. After my experience with the CPA world, following the business crash I swore that I’d never enter another accountant’s office again. But here I am with a new marriage and a boatload of undocumented income, not to mention an expensive new business asset, a piano, which I had no idea how to handle. After considerable thought I decided that it would be irresponsible NOT to get professional help; a very big mistake.

When we received the forms back I was very optimistic that they were in order. I had taken all of the years information to Bill Ross, and he came back with results very similar to what I was expecting. Except that he had neglected to include the contents of Sheryl’s unreported income; $12,700 worth of it. To make matters worse, Ross knew all along this was missing and I didn’t have a clue until he pointed it out in the middle of the audit. By that time it had become brutally evident that he was representing himself and not me.

This left me stuck in the middle of this disaster trying to defend transactions that have no relationship to anything tax-related (at least the tax-related transactions were poorly documented). Things I never knew anything about and things my wife had no clue would ever matter to anyone. The end result is… well, just look around.

I remember reading about the stock market crash before the “great” depression and how there were wealthy bankers and businessmen jumping out of windows when they realized they screwed up and lost everything. Isn’t it ironic how far we’ve come in 60 years in this country that they now know how to fix that little economic problem; they just steal from the middle class (who doesn’t have any say in it, elections are a joke) to cover their asses and it’s “business-as-usual”. Now when the wealthy fuck up, the poor get to die for the mistakes… isn’t that a clever, tidy solution.

As government agencies go, the FAA is often justifiably referred to as a tombstone agency, though they are hardly alone. The recent presidential puppet GW Bush and his cronies in their eight years certainly reinforced for all of us that this criticism rings equally true for all of the government. Nothing changes unless there is a body count (unless it is in the interest of the wealthy sows at the government trough). In a government full of hypocrites from top to bottom, life is as cheap as their lies and their self-serving laws.

I know I’m hardly the first one to decide I have had all I can stand. It has always been a myth that people have stopped dying for their freedom in this country, and it isn’t limited to the blacks, and poor immigrants. I know there have been countless before me and there are sure to be as many after. But I also know that by not adding my body to the count, I insure nothing will change. I choose to not keep looking over my shoulder at “big brother” while he strips my carcass, I choose not to ignore what is going on all around me, I choose not to pretend that business as usual won’t continue; I have just had enough.

I can only hope that the numbers quickly get too big to be white washed and ignored that the American zombies wake up and revolt; it will take nothing less. I would only hope that by striking a nerve that stimulates the inevitable double standard, knee-jerk government reaction that results in more stupid draconian restrictions people wake up and begin to see the pompous political thugs and their mindless minions for what they are. Sadly, though I spent my entire life trying to believe it wasn’t so, but violence not only is the answer, it is the only answer. The cruel joke is that the really big chunks of shit at the top have known this all along and have been laughing, at and using this awareness against, fools like me all along.

I saw it written once that the definition of insanity is repeating the same process over and over and expecting the outcome to suddenly be different. I am finally ready to stop this insanity. Well, Mr. Big Brother IRS man, let’s try something different; take my pound of flesh and sleep well.

The communist creed: From each according to his ability, to each according to his need.

The capitalist creed: From each according to his gullibility, to each according to his greed.

Move Out The Old And Get The New Wicker Outdoor Sofa Set For The Patio

Submitted by: Craig Desmier

The best ideas for patio designs can be seen with the designed ones. It is quite nice if you have your own creative skills to do a patio, as these days the stores have everything you have in mind conceptualized for outdoor comfort. This can be the large wicker outdoor sofa set or even the rocking chair in the wicker concept. What you really want to do with the garden concept is totally your choice. It is convenient for you to get a landscaper who can suggest a few designs to you. Outsourcing the cleaning part of your patio is very important if you do not have much time in hands to do a fortnightly clean up for your patio.

Whether it is awnings, a large sail shade or even a small umbrella, shades are the best things you can do for your patio. A corner can have some pebble works or even you can work out a small children s park area with ready items in swings or slides. The large patios are becoming greatly coveted but that does not mean you have a lesser choice in other items. Easy to view and select, shopping online is such a comfortable factor. Know the colors you already have in your patio and then look for reasonable purchases that will be affordable to you. Selecting an outdoor sofa set is quite easy in the online shops.

Knowing what is available in the wicker outdoor sofa set will help you understand whether you have the right space for it. Roughly have an idea of where you will keep the sofa, so that you can judge the length it will occupy in your patio. If you already have a bistro set in your patio, you can look for other concepts in seating other than a large sofa say probably a love seat or a customized sofa set. It is nice to know that you can actually take your pick in the online carts and if you wish they will even deliver it too within a few days.

Know the patio shop well:

1. The best quality outdoor sofa set has to be of a good make.

2. Team the accessories and compare the prices.

3. Visiting the shop often will make you realize the best bargains.

4. A good patio shop will offer you the newest collection.

5. Look for special discounts and offers.

A reasonable budget will help you get the coveted wicker outdoor sofa set. It is so nice to have guests around and your bonding will simply increase with the freshness of outdoors. There are amicable designs for a small patio as the best can be seen in rugs, marble sculpture, stones and water fronts. For a small patio, the seating arrangement in a sofa too will be needed in the compact sizes which can be just apt for the patio size. Are you planning to make the stones yourself? Why not? You surely get stones or lime stones in various shapes and you can just sprawl them around one corner or either side of a neat pathway. Or else you can have them painted at a prominent area and choose to use the place as a flower garden.

The greenery in your patio is a welcoming sight. So there is no compromise here. You would also want a hammock during spring which can easily be put away when the weather is chilly. The right way to shop would be to make a list and go by the same. The best would be accessorizing it with marble carvings or even a water fall. But you can do much with an outdoor kitchen too. A fridge in your patio is a fabulous idea to stock a bar that is much needed during partying. For lights the best is seen in LED as the light is right enough for giving good illumination.

Whenever you need to go on a vacation, you can just make use of the covers to ably cover your furniture. This way there is no problem of accumulation or infestation of any kind even if there is an unseasonal rain. The furniture is always pre treated so when you buy the wicker set you really do not have to worry much. Choose a good dimension and space when you intend to buy the outdoor sofa set. Most of things for a patio are ready made and a shop would also customize it for you if you require a specific furniture shape, design or size.

Contaminated pet food causes massive recall

Monday, March 19, 2007

At least 10 pets, 9 cats and 1 dog have died as a result of eating contaminated pet food, says the United States Food and Drug Administration, or FDA. The contamination caused cats and dogs to both go into kidney failure.

At least 51 brands of cat food and 40 brands of dog food have been recalled. The manufacturer of the food is Menu Foods, which is based in Mississauga, Ontario in Canada. The brands include: Iams, Nutro, and Eukanuba pet foods. Nestle, Purina PetCare Co., Procter & Gamble and Hill’s Pet Nutrition Inc. are voluntarily recalling their pet foods as a precaution. The FDA says that only wet food has been reported to have caused the deaths. The food was sold between December of 2006 and March 3 of 2007. The recall includes pouches and cans of wet food that total over 60 million.

“We are still trying to find out what the true picture is out there of animals. We’re talking about 1 percent of the pet food [supply] and it’s really just impossible to extrapolate at this point,” reported the FDA’s head veterinarian, Stephen F. Sundlof.

The manufacturer is currently performing tests to determine what might have caused the contamination, but so far, the source has not been identified.

“We’re testing and testing, but we can’t identify the problem in the product,” said Sarah Tuite, a spokeswoman for Menu Foods.

Anywhere from 40 to 50 cats and dogs were fed the contaminated food during testing by Menu Foods, and at least seven of those animals died. The species or how many cats or dogs died during testing is not known.

The FDA says that the possible cause of the contamination could be from heavy metals, lead or fungi inside wheat gluten which is used in pet foods as a “filler.”

A complete list of the products recalled can be found here: Menu Foods Recall List. Pet owners are urged to stop using any and all food on that list that may still be in their home. Owners are also asked to seek immediate veterinarian attention if the pets are suspected of eating the food.

The recall could cost over 30 million USD.

Italian goalkeeper Carlo Cudicini seriously injured in motorcycle accident

4 Everyday Grooming Mistakes Destroying Your Face

I’m trying to say today and yeah I hear you coming at me like Oh Hassaan I already got my blue team I’ve seen enough videos about clean skin I’ve got it taken care of alright today’s article is about four grooming mistakes that so many people are making that’s actually damaging your skin, and I hope that you feel scolded in this intro let’s go ahead and start.

Wash your face with moisturizer

This is a good one and it’s something I bet 99% of you guys don’t do and that’s not using moisturizer within the first minute of you washing your face now sure maybe you do this on the days that you wash your face in the sink when you’ve got a bit of that routine and that flow but what about when you wash your face in the shower, and you step out I don’t know about you guys but the times that I wash my face most often is in the shower and I’m sure throwing on some moisturizer isn’t the first thing on your mind when you’re stepping out in addition to the benefits that moisturizers provide what moisturizer is really doing is sealing in and locking in the moisture that you already have on your face because of that moisturizer works way better when you apply it as soon as you step out of the shower or as soon as you stop washing your face because your pores are still soft, and they’re still damp, and moisturizer is just going to help lock all of that into place, and I say one minute because after you dry your face down with a towel it takes about one minute before all of that moisture disappears, and your moisturizer isn’t nearly as beneficial as it could so get on that moisture within a minute hype because it really makes a difference.

Don’t use a moisturizer that has SPF in it

This is still about moisturizer, and that is not using a moisturizer that has SPF in it I can’t stress the importance of SPF enough it’s not just a fad or a trend it’s something that’s here to stay and there are some excellent reasons why sun exposure is one of the fastest methods to age your skin there’s no two ways around it this one is good for two things all right providing this with a healthy dose of vitamin D and making us just generally feel happy when we’re out in the Sun we’re like yeah there’s Sun we’re playing we’re at the beach with throwing balls at each other some make you know son has a good time makes you have a good time but here’s the scary thing damaged skin due to the Sun takes about 30 years to start visibly appearing like the effects of it takes about 30 years for it to start visibly looking on your skin in fact most of the sun damage that has happened to you and happened to me happened before our 20s we just can’t see it yet so don’t be over here thinking that you’ve got beautiful luscious skin and that the Sun just makes you into a bronze stallion because maybe it does right now, but the Sun is that you know the effects from that Sun it’s going to come at you later on in life and the more that you take care of your skin now the less that damage is going to you .

Washing your face too often

First of all you shouldn’t be washing your face more than twice a day because anything more than that is just excessively stripping the oil off your face it’s just like over washing your hair you can over wash your face as well for me personally I usually switch between washing my face once to twice a week depending on the day depending on what I get up to but I know a lot of people deal with oily build-up and especially you know if you’re going on a night out, or you know you’re going for a meet up with some friends you want to make sure that you don’t have too much grease going on with your face, okay so I have the solution for you is this right here all-natural bamboo charcoal oil absorbing face sheets these are super cheap you get loads of them they’re so easy to use and they have really useful results if I’m wanting to freshen up my face without washing it all I got to do is grab one of these and just gently run it over my face you’ll physically be able to see all the oil that gathers it’s rather impressive and best these are super, of course, you don’t want to use these all the time you don’t want to be stripping the oil off of your face continually.

Stop using bar soap or your shower gel

But on days when you’re one in two freshen up a little without going through the full face wash this is a fantastic option highly recommended and speaking of a proper washing you all need to stop using bar soap or your shower gel on your face it’s not going it’s way too harsh just like you’d use a dedicated face wash during your face washing grooming routine assuming you have one you need a dedicated face wash in your shower as well
